I'm 44 and divorced with a 16 year old son. His dad and I separated when he was three, because he'd been cheating on me, and he hasn't seen him for eight years. I've had a rough time over the last year, having been diagnosed with breast cancer, but thankfully it was caught early. This affected both my son and I very badly. I don't have many friends who understand my situation, and it'd be nice to talk to other mums.
