<p> I'm 34 with a 12 year old boy and a little girl aged three. I suffered with PND after my daughter was born as I'd lost my mother, left a violent relationship and moved to a new area. I felt very alone and had a breakdown. I volunteered to work at a charity shop to make new friends which helped me to turn my life around. I still have days when I feel the depression creeping back and soon start to feel a lot better after getting everything off my chest with a friend. </p>
