I'm a mother of three young children a girl aged five and two boys, aged two and four months. I've been married for ten years. I'm finding motherhood quite isolating as I have chosen to be a stay home mum. I don't regret it but I do feel that I need something else to focus on. I'm currently on medication for PND, which I had after my first child and has increased with each child. I'm starting to feel better now. I would like to be in touch with other mums. I'm a good listener but maybe need some help to be a good talker.
