I'm 36 and have a nine year old boy. His father and I split up when he was two and we haven't seen him or any of his family for the past five years. When my son was a baby I really felt like I was losing my sanity! I couldn't talk to anyone for fear that they'd think I was a bad mother. Thankfully I found a psychotherapist who helped me through it and now I'm studying to be a therapist myself!
