About Ruth:
I'm Ruth aged 26. I'm a full time housewife and have three children - two girls and a boy aged seven, three and 20 months. I am a on-off sufferer of postnatal depression and also suffer from anxiety and paranoia. I have managed to stay off medication and battled through it myself although it is very tough sometimes. I have been married for three years and but we have been together five years. My husband works long hours and the children and I rarely see him, that gets very lonely sometimes, especially as we moved to a new area eight months ago and I lost close contact with all my friends and my family don't live nearby. I find it hard to make new friends and just really want to chat to mums like myself.
